This past weekend, the box office saw a bit of a resurgence. In another entry in what can only be referred to as “Young Adult Novel Child-Torture Porn”, the weekend’s most anticipated movie, “The Maze Runner”, bowed out with $32.5 million. “A Walk Among Tombstones” and “This Is Where I Leave You”, come in at numbers two and three respectively.

“No Good Deed” and “Dolphin Tale 2” continue to defy logic, and round out the top five. Next week’s definite number one involves a black dude beating up other dudes. You guessed it! Mr. Denzel Washington and “The Equalizer” roll into theaters and IMAX September 26, 2014.
